The location of this hostel is fantastic! You are pretty much on top of Charles bridge in the centre of old town. You could not be in a better location for being in the middle of Prague history. The building itself is also pretty old and historic giving you a lovely vibe when you're staying there. The staff are manning the tourist desk as well as the hostel so are there until quite late at night as well as being super friendly and helpful. It's all stairs as expected from an old building but the man on the desk helped me with my bag which was very much appreciated. The rooms were some of the largest I've seen in hostels. I was in a 6 bed bunk room and there was so much space as well as a communal area with sofas etc for chilling, big windows out onto the street and a kitchen/sitting area. I saw a couple of people there with laptops on calls so good for working/digital nomad activities also. Overall enjoyable experience and a great base for touristy activities especially on foot. The trams are also super close both ways - either 5 mins walk to the tram up towards the castle or walk over the bridge and then trams right there into the new town.

I usually don’t bother writing reviews but I just have to say something about Charles bridge hostel in Prague because it was honestly so good. I stayed there with my grandparents and we had such a great time. The staff were super nice and welcoming. When we checked in there was an argentinian guy and a turkish guy at the reception and they were so chill and friendly it made us feel really comfortable right away. The hostel is spotlessly clean and the facilities are excellent. There’s always hot water for showers and they even offer free hot chocolate, tea (with a wide selection), and coffee at the reception, which was so nice. The heated floors were a lovely surprise, especially in winter and the location couldn’t be better it’s right next to Charles Bridge. Our room was super warm and cozy and there’s a kitchen where you can find everything you need to cook. If you need anything the reception is always there to help. Everything about this place was awesome, and I couldn’t be happier with my stay. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone!

The hotel is in a very good location, practically in the city center. At first, I had difficulty finding the hotel – I found the area but couldn’t figure out which building the hotel was in. Eventually, after entering several buildings, I found it. 😄 The room was an 8-bed dorm. It was a good size with enough space for everyone. The beds were comfortable and clean. There were also lockers/boxes to store personal belongings. The room was slightly dirty, but that’s probably because there were eight people staying in it. However, the common areas – kitchen and bathroom – were very clean. The temperature in the room was excellent, despite the very cold weather outside. The staff was very kind and friendly. From the start, they greeted us warmly and explained everything in detail. After checkout, they even told me I could store my luggage for free until my flight. In short, it’s a very good hotel in an excellent location, reasonably priced, with a great staff.

The ceiling to the room was beautiful, comfy beds, the female only room has no bunkbeds which is a bonus. The shower, never seen anything like it it had 2 massive shower heads in it all to yourself. Staff friendly and helpful. Has option to store bags and you get your own locker for this rather than it gets locked in a room with lots of other bags. Also even though you could hear music from the bar it stopped at a reasonable hour, not sure about Fridays and Saturdays as I didn't stay then. Even the signs asking you to keep shower curtain fully shut were lovely.. oh and there is a hairdryer which you don't get very often and you don't hqve to hire a towel it's included

The location was great, it was right at the doorstep of Charles Bridge. The room was very spacious and the beds were separate i.e. not bunk beds so was easy to get in/out of bed. The bathroom was also very spacious and private with a huge shower, make up mirror and hair dryer. Locks were also provided for lockers which was beside your bed. There were kitchenette facilities where you can get water, heat things up etc and apparently you could get reception to make you a tea, coffee or hot chocolate although I did not do this. Free luggage storage after check out time.
